AJ has a deep passion for the body. From a background in yoga and nutrition, he discovered the healing power of bodywork at Alexandar's School of Natural Therapeutics in 2016. Since completing his massage training, he has become certified by the IZII in Zen Triggerpoint (2017) and Zen Bodytherapy (2018).
AJ strives in his practice to meet everyone's individual needs and supports his clients' wide range of lifestyles. He believes that aligning the physical body promotes overall health, and that all of us have an innate power to deeply heal. His style of bodywork includes Zentherapy, Swedish/Relaxation, Injury Treatment, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Triggerpoint, Intraoral Massage, and more, as he is always interested in exploring new modalities. He supports client independence through discussing proper posture, movement patterning, stress reduction, and self-care.

Tessa is a strong advocate for trauma-informed care and she clearly centers this ethic in her practice. Striving to provide a safe space for all, she is always open to and deeply considerate of feedback related to safety, comfort, and accessibility. Tessa holds a BA in Psychology from The Evergreen State College, where she studied East|West Psychology, Positive Psychology, and Theories of Change. She brings her expertise in these fields to her bodywork via education, focused intention setting, and guided-awareness. Passionate about social justice, mental health awareness, and living in congruence with true self, Tessa embodies & encourages the spirit of total acceptance with her clients. Her rich history of both lived and academic experience with trauma and PTSD make her a likely match for folks who experience suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and GI complications. Tessa became interested in studying the link between trauma and the body after attending Bessel Van Der Kulk's 28th Annual International Trauma Conference where she learned that trauma is rooted in the body. She is now a licensed massage therapist that offers a variety of hands-on therapeutic interventions to address traumas, pain, stress, postural deviations, poor focus, fatigue, grief, panic, and unstable moods.

Julie Kosater

Julie has a deep understanding of her clients' bodies. She is able to help facilitate others on their healing journey through freeing the body of aberrations. She believes once the body begins it's shift into better alignment, the mind and spirit follow.
Julie went to school at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics to pursue a degree in massage therapy. It was there she discovered her passion for massage and bodywork. After graduation, she became certified by the IZII in Zen Triggerpoint and Zen Bodytherapy and feels so fortunate to have learned this style of work. Other modalities Julie uses are myofacial release, swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, intraoral, and injury massage. Through these different styles, she is able to meet her clients where they need to be met.
